The chat side of the app seems to be working the call center lines are blocked ( there words not mine )

Yes cannot get through have been through a myriad of text messages culminating in a promise that an agent will call back within 15 minutes and had no response.

When I dial 150 there is not an option to speak to a person. When I click on links for live chat the link is broken. I need to speak to someone asap about my contract! What do I do??

Are you getting any error messages?
