I have been trying to get through to speak to someone at EE all day today. Each time I get through to the menu of options and select broadband and then option 4 all I hear is “please hold” repeated on a loop. I have tried all the other options and the mobile number. Same result. What is happening that you can’t get through to EE, even to get in the queue.

Hi @Jbc2 I'm really sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting in touch with our broadband team, could I just double check, is it home broadband or mobile broadband that you'd like to speak to us about?
