Broken App

Since this morning, when I try to log into the EE app, I keep getting a warning the the page is not secure. Removed & reinstalled, cleared cache & cookies & still the problem persists. I can access the website though it’s a bit slow. The app was easier.

They do these endless ‘improvements’ which only makes it worse, should leave it alone! Like you, my app was working fine yesterday.

I have the same issue, has anyone found out the reason why?

@Patt1   Just because you didn’t have an issue it doesn’t mean there wasn’t an issue.  If only all customers had the same issue at the same time that would make it so much easier to fix.  Unfortunately it doesn’t work like that while it might be ok for the vast majority of customers there will be issues for the minority so this has to be addressed.  Perhaps you all customers should have exactly the same device because that would make it so much easier to code an app.

Hi @Patt1

I get the same error on Android.

i would not recommend proceedings (if you can). Hopefully EE will officially acknowledge the error or fix it ASAP.

In the interim if you need to know your account balance, remaining data etc then text BA to 150.
