Sick of trying to use app

Spent most of yesterday trying to logon to app now today it is taken down. Seems that EE don’t want my business

Nothing wrong with the app, maybe you should read the answers and suggestions already given in other threads.

Make sure you have the latest version, try uninstalling it and reinstalling it, if that does not work speak to customer service so that they can reset your account.

 

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
