Blank MY EE screen after app update March 27 2023

Just updated MY EE app and now have blank green screen on my iPad and iPhone 13? Anyone experienced this? Any suggestions? Thanks?

Could you attach a screenshot of the My EE app blank screen?

 Hi its the latest version no updates needed. 

Hi I figured it out battery saver was blocking the app from opening. My apologies.

I have a problem where I get past the green login screen to just a blank home page with no information present...

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

@MattHugo81  Not knowing what setting you have setup for DND  I recommended you turn that off first.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi. Thanks. Yeah those settings on iphone are off. It's like the app loads and logins but just end up with a white or blank screen with no loading info. Dried a reinstall and no luck along with further other potential suggestions on this thread. It's a strange one...

Thanks for coming here. 

Can you try deleting the app again, then going to your app/play store and redownloading the My EE app. Does this work for you? 

Can you access your My EE account online through a web browser?
