Blank MY EE screen after app update March 27 2023

Just updated MY EE app and now have blank green screen on my iPad and iPhone 13? Anyone experienced this? Any suggestions? Thanks?

So I can get this looked into could you confirm what version of the app you have?

Also if you are still having these issues this morning?

Good morning Katie. Still having same issue this morning with iPhone 13 and iPad. Not sure how to obtain version of app as can’t access it! However it is the latest as far as I know. Many thanks.  Mike. 

Hi Katie, it is version 5.14 for IOS updated yesterday.

Thanks for confirming. 

If you go into the app store on your phone and type in My EE when you click on it you will see version history. 

You will also see an update button if an update is available.

Same with me on my iPhone 12 ios 16.3.1 and spoke to the agent this morning who thinks it's a problem on their end & to give it 24 hours! Previous app version was fine, why mess with it?

Exactly the same. I also upgraded to the latest IOS version on both iPad Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max. However, I haven't upgraded the EE app on the iPad and this is still working fine.

Version 5.14.0

Which was updated to resolve some bugs apparently 🤣
