Bills and Payments not working

Since the recent update to the android app I am not able to see anything but an error message when trying to check Bills & payments, both in the app and online web browser.

Is there a fix available please.

I am very sorry to hear the EE account is taking time to get resolved for you. 

I would suggest giving us another call on 150 to see if there is any update for you and get the billing charge looked into.

Same problem, cannot get access to download any bills, all I get is this

 

We're working on it. 

We are just getting things ready behind the scenes.

 

I've tried this several times, the website is awful. Just does not work.

I am sorry to hear you are unable to view and download the bill. 

Does the same happen using the EE app and also logging into your EE account online through a web browser?

I have tried several times now to get through to EE via 150 but 4 days later I am still unable to get through or speak to anyone. The service is so infuriating.

What is the problem with getting through? Have you tried a couple of different options?

There's a lot of 'Sorries' on this thread but very little action. I was one who was able to get this fixed via technical support. EE is fully aware of the problem so not sure why it can't fix it for everyone.

If they cant fix it demand free paper billing. Paper billing should be the default anyway to be honest and it should always be free if you pay by direct debit.

I also have this issue.

I've had it for at least 4 months.

Its infuriating.

i am ex Mercury, cable and wireless employee and designed 1-2-1, t-moble core network sites. Now owned by BT (worked for bt 2 for 5 years. I recently upgraded my simm plan and since then i have had nothing but trouble trying to get billing and contract details.Spoken to a number of EE responders  and they all state there is on going issues with the site. Spoke to EE personal today and they closed my case without resolving. Still non the wiser and hopefully some will get the bugs sorted. > NO ACCESS TO BILL AND ACCOUNT DETAILS

I have had months of not being able to download invoices on my account. Why is this taking EE months and months to resolve, apparently it is affecting thousands of customers.

My account is doing the exact same thing. The app is also saying my account is closed? 
when I called I was told this was fixed and would update in 24 hours…. 2 months ago!! Can’t make payments can’t look at anything , it’s getting a bit ridiculous to be honest
