Hi, 

I am currently outside the UK and i am trying to make my bill payment and i cant because it says it has been paid, i tried getting in contact with EE but the chat function isnt working and the call just sends me through the automated system which leads to nothing can someone please give me an answer.

@ahmedelnady  Have you actually received the bill yet ?  Ie have you had a text/email saying your bill is due ?
