Why are we getting billed twice a month for a monthly bill, my gf is on benefits with 6 children and this is ongoing every month it gets turned off once or twice, how do we see her bills and dates of bills for last 12mths so we can go over them it can't possibly be right.

I understand how important it is to keep track of your bills and make sure they are correct. Does she have access to her online account?
There is a manage option which has a bills section which will will show the most recent bill and a drop down to view previous bills. They will have the date the bills are generated, if she pays by direct debit, this is usually taken 8 days later. If she is having more than one payment taken per month, she may be on a plan that has a separate plan and phone payment. This should all show in our app but if you would prefer someone to go through a breakdown for you, our customer care team on 150 would be happy to help.
