Application error: a client-side exception has occurred

No matter which browser I use, on the phone, laptop, or app, I cannot do anything in Manage My Account. It always goes to a blank screen that says "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred".  My husband's account works fine, but mine does not and I can't login to fix an issue with my child's phone line. Is there something wrong with my account? How can this be fixed so I can pay my child's bill???

Are you seeing this error through your main online account or the EE app?
What is it you're trying to do when this error appears?

I’m getting the same error too while trying to track my order. Problem is I’m a brand new customer and I have no idea if it’s confirmed my order or not. No email, text. Nuthin. It’s even taken my £30 upfront cost so now I’m thinking EE have pulled a runner on me 😱!!

Nope… I’ve got no confirmation on my end. Nothing on the website, the app, email or junk folder. The only thing I received was a copy of my contract.

It sounds like your order has been received and accepted. 

I would recommend getting in touch so our customer care team can try get a confirmation over to you with your order number for tracking.

I'm afraid we don't have access to accounts via these public forums, so it's not something we'll be able to obtain for you directly. 

Our team are open between 8am and 9pm weekdays, and 8am and 8pm at the weekend, so fingers crossed you should be able to find a time to get in contact so we can check this out.
