linked my mobile to my account so i could see the package along with my broadband
got email to say it was all linked
website jsut says:

Please try to login with the EE app to see if the same or a similar error message appears.
If it doesn't, it is worth trying to clear the cookies and cache from your browser and try to login with another browser of device.
If that doesn't help, or you see the same in the app, I'd recommend speaking to our tech guides so they can look into this further for you.
