The EE app has not worked for me for at least 3 months now.

AND IT IS STILL DOWN WHY DID BT SWITCH TO EE

@Asoahmed1990   EE do take accounts offline for maintenance this will affect the app as it’s a link to your account, When EE do this it’ll be to cause the least disruption to the vast majority customers.  Ie from around 11pm to 6am.  The app is now available to use again. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

What’s up with the site and does anyone know any timescales? 

I would have asked the social media teams but with BTs continuous penny pinching, they aren’t there anymore…
