Why is the app always down and there is always maintenance  work all always going I have a txt off EE every day saying maintenance work in my area this been going on for months and the signal is still the same **bleep** this is supposed to the best net work I’m on the verge of going to a different network if it’s not the app it’s the signal GRrrr come on EE you can’t be advertising ur the biggest and the best network and this APP MAINTENANCE SIGNAL MAINTENANCE!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry if app updates are causing you an inconvenience. It's certainly not our intention to cause disruption, and we try to schedule any maintenance for times when we see fewer people using our app.

I know signal issues can quickly become frustrating, and I'm disappointed to hear you're getting a text every day saying there are ongoing works within your area. 

As this has been ongoing, I'd suggest you get in touch with our team directly. They'll be able to review exactly what's happening and provide you with the best advice.
