Is there any chance of the App working again before the millennium? This is an absolute joke!

Welcome to the community.

We recently updated the app. Could you try updating it through the app store, or deleting and redownloading it please?

@Coaster888   It’s not the app it’s your device.  Try clearing the device cache and if you haven’t installed and reinstall the app.

The app is down again what a surprise!!!!

Not showing all information not allowing me to share data with my kids.

@Oz-1   it’s not down I just logged in to it.   Can you login to your online account?  If you can not login to that you need to call customer services and request an account reset.    The app is just a basic portal to your online account.

I can access the app but it not working correctly and does give access to
all the features of the app

Gifting data.i had to ring customer service and get them to do it at which
point they confirmed there was yet another fault with the app

I would update the app, were it not for the fact that my BT broadband is down and apparently won't be fixed until 3rd July, so I am running on mobile data for the next 3-4 days. I wanted to use the app to monitor my data usage throughout the weekend. Even just logging into the EE website is ridiculous! Always go through log-in, then it asks you what to do with cookies, then tells you there's a problem. Then, you click on Log-In button and you're in! Every time, same pantomime. It's been the same since I joined EE last year. I expected better service than this from the biggest network.
