I am sorry to hear you are currently without broadband.
You can process an update using your mobile data, are you seeing an error with this?

I suppose I could have done, but I only had 6gb of data to last me until 9th July.
As it happens, BT got the broadband fixed later in the day, so all good again now.

Mine has not been working for weeks. I have uninstalled, reinstalled and deleted cache then uninstalled and reinstalled again...nothing!
At one point I just got a black screen, but mainly it just sits on the login screen
