**bleep**ty app,  always improving maintenance every month.  Something isn't right with this app and EE are **bleep** at getting it sorted. 

I just want to transfer data to my daughter.

@Shai76   The app works for me so it’s not down.  Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling it?  Have you tried logging in online to your EE account.?
