App still not working

Afternoon My EE App not been working since December 24 have tried everything tech section has asked new email reinstall app etc anybody got the same problem. Driving me mad 😠

I'd recommend giving us a call so that a guide can get access to your account for you, and if necessary, update your My EE account.

To speak to a guide, you'd just need to call 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.

Hi @91459145 I'm sorry to hear that your My EE App has not been working.

Could you tell us a bit more about what happens when you try to use it please?

Do you get any error messages?

Morning Chris
When I open my EE App shows me my latest bill which is correct.
Also shows me old contract information as I took out new one in March 25 for Broadband and Mobile phone. Also does not show me my Mobile usage since Dec 24. Have done everything you can think of change my E-Mail 3 times removed the App and reloaded
Also given my ip Address from my computer, Phone, IPad.
Just think in this day and age we should get this fixed

I was an orange customer for years before EE ok over and have been with you ever since! I am having problems with everything with regards to customer service! I cant speak to anyone, every link on the EE app is akin to clickbait and the website is no help in any way whatsoever! The only links that work on the website is the links to buying a new phone or a new contract! The only links that work are links that allow customers to spend money!

How is it you're trying to contact us, and what's happening when you attempt to do this? 
What is happening when you try to view your bills etc in the app too?
