EE App and Website Not working

I cannot see any of my Bills, Plans or information on the App nor the Website. I just keep getting an error message.

I pay my bill by DD, but I want to actually see a copy of my whole bill and usages, as well as the add on's I have.

Yes I have reinstalled the app, cleared cache, cleared cookies and followed all the instructions.

 

*Sadly from reading through the EE community it would appear this is common at the moment! EE I would like to see what I am paying for, as is my right, Sort it out!!!

I'd recommend getting in touch and speaking with our technical Guides. They will be able to look into this further and if needed, raise a ticket for further investigation.

I know how important it is to be able to manage the account and see your bills.

What error do you see when you are logging in through the app and the website?

1000034102.jpgHi, This is the error, I have tried using the app, and the website on both my phone and laptop. It will not allow me to see bills, manage my account or see my current tariff and add ons.

Imagine a company this big and not giving access to account details at all via app or mobile web.....this is 2024 with the world full of AI but ee can't even do a basic web site that even functions....and don't a mod waste time saying contact the technical team,who still don't know or likely care that people paying good money have absolutely no access to their accounts 

Hi, I would rather EE just took the steps to sort it out! Clearly there is a wider issue your systems, and from reading other posts this is not unique to my account. I will raise a ticket out of principle, and will also be making a formal complaint, given that I am paying you for a service and you are not even providing the basics such as access to my bill and contract information!!

 

 

Exactly correct 👏👏👏👏👏👏EE must be employing the most basic IT team if they can't even provide a basic service.... understandable as they are only a small start up with teething problems 😂😂😂

I have the exact same issue for about a month. What on earth is going on. This is an absolute joke.

I am sorry you are having issues with your online account. Just to confirm what is the error message you are seeing when you login and this is both on the app and the website you have the error?

Stop pretending you haven't read the posts about not being able to login to any part of our account details!! EE staff are just saying random stuff to make it look like they are trying to help, instead of actually acknowledging the issues and get a basic issue fixed......it's all about money,and stuff the people paying us!!
