my app hasn’t been working for a few months now and I keep getting a message saying somethings wrong etc. I used to be able to see how many minutes and data etc I’ve got left but I get nothing now. I can’t even add on my free boost when I try.
Also when I tried to TOPUP recently it wouldn’t accept any details I was putting in. Kept saying error or somethings wrong. I’ve tried deleting the app and downloading again but that doesn’t do anything. Or even turning the phone off and on. Still nothing. I need to be able to see my minutes and data etc.

Welcome to the community.
You should be able to get your texts, minutes and data by texting AL to 150. If anything else is wrong with the app, I would recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check everything from our side.

Yeah but I don’t wanna have to always text that when I should be able to just look in the app. Why is the app been down for the past couple months? Are you lot fixing it?

The allowance showing as zero has been fed back to the relevant team to be looked into.
If you have any other problems with the app, please call us on 150 to get this resolved.

I’m not the only one having these issues. I even had issues with topping up where it wouldn’t take my card details and came up as error
