My new pack started today but the app shows no data, minutes or texts. I have a text message detailing my new allowances so I know what I've got but how can I get the app working again? I've restarted the phone and reinstalled the app but it makes no difference.

I am on a £1 Talk & Text pack, which a few weeks ago stopped showing my allowances although I can still use Talk & Text. When I contacted ee they said they can still see my allowances on their system but I don’t, and were not able to sort it out for me! Any one has similar problem?

@MR-K : : MyEE is not reporting usage correctly at the mo'. Instead text AL to 150 to see your allowances. EE are supposed to be looking into it.

Both the phone & computer apps have been down for nearly 2 weeks now! No-one seems to know what the problem is!

I'm not confident the issues will be resolved anytime soon, since both PC & phone app have been down nearly 2 weeks...
