I have an EE account that I can login to on the website, but when I try and use the app on my phone I enter my username, password, and then the passcode it sends me. Then the app just returns to the start of the login screen. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the app, and clearing the cache but this doesn't work. The app is up to date, and I have Android 13

Could you resetting your password and then try logging into the EE app once the password has been reset. Does this work for you?

Hi @Leanne_T , sadly resetting the password didn't work, so I'll call the technical support
