Why the app is not working at night frequently?!

Thanks for coming to the community.

If there is any maintenance taking place on the app and website, we will usually do it overnight when there aren't as many customers needing to use it.

If you do need to pay your bill in that time, you can use our Fast Payment service, which just needs the amount you want to pay, your mobile number and card details without you needing to login.

If you don't know the amount to pay you can text BILL to 150 to find the balance.
