I have been trying to pay my flexi payment plan on the ee app but everything its says "it cant show this information yet and its their fault and they are working on it"  I have deleted the app and downloaded it again. And its still the same.

Call EE CS on 150.

Have you not arranged a direct debit as that the best way.
