App login ! I havnt been able to login for months now

Has anyone any idea on how to fix this ? Havmt been able to login for months now so can't check bills etc @members

@Stevieharrison5  Have you called customer support and request that they reset your online ?  it sometimes happens when EE have done account maintance and for some reason it doesn’t fully reset or allow you to login. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
