I’ve been unable to login into my account for months!!!  I’ve spoke to various customers service assistants and they are unable to resolve the problem. 
Any help would be appreciated.

What error do you receive. 

Have you asked EE to delete your online account so you can register again new.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
