App loading time

Have you tried updating your app through your phone's app store?

Hi. Yes, it's had several updates. When starting the app it sits on the
full green EE screen for over 30 seconds every time.

Could you try completely deleting it and re-downloading it please, @paulswift36?

Did all that, was actually much worse the first time and now it's just as
bad as before.

Mines fairly slow, usually about 9 seconds on a Samsung S23 Ultra, sometimes slower, before the fingerprint screen pops up.
