App and website issues

Hi, for a while now My ee app is telling me I'm due an upgrade however the app (and website) just keeps circling back on it self everytime I click to view upgrade options. I've tried un installing and reinstalling the app but that didn't help I've tried using my laptop still no good. Very frustrating, anybody know how to fix this or shall I be leaving ee after around 20years

I'm sorry to hear about this problem you have with the website. If you have a chat with our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to look into this and hopefully get it fixed for you. They can even run through some upgrade options with you, if you want.
