  • Hi, I don't suppose anyone has ever had this issue before where you log into all to try and see balance and data allowance but it shows you this message on the app then also doesn't let you see anything on the website either? Very worried and stressed Screenshot_2022-09-28-02-06-53-644.jpg

@Soph3768  When EE do account maintenance you can not access your account.  It’s normal but if that message is still there now you need to call customer services and request that they reset your online account.   ( this isn’t anything to worry about) 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
