I keep getting this message
i have tried two different devices on line and on the app. Changed my password I am trying to see how long I have left on my contract

Welcome to the Community.
Once you've logged into the EE app, along the bottom, do you have the option to head to the "Manage" section? If you scroll down slightly on that page, your contract dates are there.
Or once you've logged in does this error show no matter what you try and do?

Found my contract dates but when I look to upgrade it comes up with the same message.
