I pay for itemised billing. on my app I was able to see calls and texts before the bill. Since two days ago I cannot do this. Where can I view the calls and texts now?

@Littlewoman19 It should still be in the same location. If it’s not working you might need to call customer services and request your account to be reset

In the new updated app it's not possible now, i think it was very useful so can't understand why get rid of the option.

I agree very frustrating I thought that was the benefit of paying for itemised billing
