Allowances are showing as zero - data mins and texts

All my allowances are showing as zero accross the board normally 510 MB, 215 mins & 75 texts - is this a network error? This is on the app and the website

They've spent all their money on the contract app. There's none left for PAYG 😉 .

My data, texts and minutes are all showing 0 on the new app. Is anyone else having this problem.

Hi Mike, yes, I'm getting that too - in the app and also on the My EE website. I assume it's a glitch with the website. Eric

@Mike680 , @Raandoom  : This is a known issue which is being investigated.

Use text AL to 150 instead to see your remaining allowances.

My texts & minutes are showing zero on phone app & computer, and data is very low value (50MB).  But texting Al or Balance to EE, the return text has correct values.  Credit is correct on all platforms.  

I spent an hour last night on their chat line. Only when I used the words Loyalty and Leaving did they agree to escalate my situation to a Complaint.
Make a complaint straight away. It will help us all. Glad I joined this community!!!!

I did that on Tuesday (maybe Monday) can't say I've noticed any difference. I wonder if the agent you talked to has the authority to escalate any complaint, but you're correct, you have to dig in. I save money on many services by complaining as a matter of course.

Seems like a stupid new app upgrade, doesn’t look very good to me. Shows I have no data when I have 8mg. Texted “balance” and telling me correct amount. Will I am sure do lots of people out of money who renew their pack early thinking they have no data when they do!
