Allowances are showing as zero - data mins and texts

All my allowances are showing as zero accross the board normally 510 MB, 215 mins & 75 texts - is this a network error? This is on the app and the website

I have purchased a pay as you go pack of £10 yesterday and the pack will be automatically renewed monthly. After finishing the payment, I cannot find any allowance on my account.  It still showed zero data, minutes and text.  Therefore I just bought add on for the data, minutes and text.

Samething here. I guess there is a glitch with the new APP.  I can see I bought the package successfully but the dashboard says Zero minutes, data and text allowed.  

@Dappy11828 , @Poprocks_CA : This is a known issue which is being investigated.

Use text AL to 150 instead to see your remaining allowances.

Thanks!  Im sure they will figure it out. Kinda obvious there wasn’t much testing done before going live. A lot of glitches. I’d expect one or two heads to roll over this. EE is a premium network. This has got to be a little bit embarrassing

In the app and online my data is shown as zero. Texting to 150 shows 1gb remaining which is correct.  EE seem not to care about this error.  Anyone else see the same thing?

Can you text BALANCE to 150 and let me know the reply?

Text AL to 150 to see your allowances. You should not have to buy extra. It's a terrible mess EE have made and no sign of it being fixed 

Send bal to 150 - that gives true figures

Yes, I also found you get the same text whether you text "Al" or "Balance" to 150...

I am unable to see how much data I got left on the My EE App, so can you sort that out because the app before was working perfectly and once it got updated to this new version of it, it’s not showing how much data I got left and when my plan ends and all other things
