All my allowances are showing as zero accross the board normally 510 MB, 215 mins & 75 texts - is this a network error? This is on the app and the website

Hello, my monthly everything pack has just renewed but when I login to my ee account it is showing that I have 0 minutes and 0 sms. Please can you help me with this? Thanks

Are EE actually looking into this issue? Its been 5 days. Since Monday, many people reporting the same problem on here and on Twitter.
Yes, we know we can use 150 etc but we should be able to check allowances in the app and on the website.

Same here. I have been on the £1 payg deal for years and had built up 1000mb a week. All gone, and no calls or texts. I have complained.

My wife has lost all hers too, and got a message yesterday she had run out of data, even though she had a similar amount of everything to me.

I've been having the same problem for several days. Both my phone app & computer app are showing zero minutes & zero texts and a very low data allowance of only 50MB. After texting either Al or Balance to 150, I get a text back which shows the correct values. The credit amount is correct in both apps however.
