All my allowances are showing as zero accross the board normally 510 MB, 215 mins & 75 texts - is this a network error? This is on the app and the website

Ha ha, I know, and without any fuss or ceremony, suddenly it was just working again!! Is yours showing a more realistic amount of data? My data allowance is showing a different amount on the app, and a different amount when I text Bal to 150. It's about 40GB lower on the apps...

So grsdev, does the amount of data shown by text agree with the amount from the apps for you? In my case, text message is showing 40.9GB more data than both apps, but everything else agrees...

@Mustafa365 No, they don't. There is a discrepancy.
App (mobile, I've not looked online) says 47.1 GB left, and I believe this to be accurate.
Text message in response to AL on 150 says 49.5 GB left. The discrepancy is 2.4 GB, which happens to be the amount of boost I have on that line. Could the boost be counted twice, maybe?
http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status also says 47.1 GB remaining (it still only works over http, not https).
The response to BOOST on 150 now gives the correct response of 2.4 GB instead of 40+ GB.

In my case, text says I've got 141.9GB of data, while computer & phone apps say it's 101GB, so that's a difference of 40.9GB. This is almost the same as the amount I get when I text Boost to 150 (41GB)- I must have used 100MB of data somewhere!
