All my allowances are showing as zero accross the board normally 510 MB, 215 mins & 75 texts - is this a network error? This is on the app and the website

have gone from the old app showing crazy amounts of data, mins and texts more than actual allowance to the new app showing none . . .

Just text AL or BALANCE or even BAL to 150 to get your actual figures.

Nice to see allowances again.
Maybe next time EE could communicate and be transparent on these types of issues, not everyone has access to Twitter and forums etc to know these problems are a known issue

Good! Only took 5 days. But the following useful PAYG links are still flawed:

Oh well, at least we learnt something- that we can text Al or Balance to 150 to get a list of our allowances!
