I'm trying to add my husband as an authorised contact to the account, but am going round in circles. On the chat they told me to call up, when I called up they told me I can do it on my account online, but i can't find the option anywhere.
Does anyone know how to do this?

You can't add anybody as an authorised contact to your online account. What you can do is nominate a 3rd-party to discuss your a/c over the phone with CS on your behalf.

Yes, that's what i mean by adding a contact. However, when I called EE, they told me do do this online, so this just puts me back to square one again.

You can only do this by phoning CS.
