I have been unable to access my account via the EE app nor am I able to manage my subscriptions via the app. I have telephoned to helpline on several occasions and waited up to 40 minutes . Unfortunately, the person I’ve spoken to has been unable to help, but they have Try to put me through to a technical helpline, but at that point the phone goes dead.Try to put me through to a technical helpline, but at that point the phone goes dead. I can log on but can’t manage or access tv or broadband areas and get error message saying” this service isn’t working right now”
it been kike this for weeks
tech people have not been able to help after long weights to speak to someone on the phone

I recommend getting in touch with our Technical Support team, you can find the contact details here. If you'd like to open a complaint on your account, you'd just need to tell them and they'll open one.
Hopefully they can help get you access quickly.
