Not sure if anyone else has had this issue or if I'm being really stupid however I've been looking to purchase an apple watch and figured I'd add this to my existing plan with EE. Logged into the website (as you would) and found the watch I wanted, to then get the message:
"To buy a smart watch with a data plan you need to be an existing monthly mobile customer"
I am and have been since August 2023, I am logged in onto the website as stated above too. Thought I would try on the App (which just directs you back to the website anyway) with no further luck. It's more convenient for me to do it online so any suggestions or advice on what I can try would be great. Have also cleared my cache and cookies (this seems to be the general response that I get so just throwing that out there).

When you say you are " an existing monthly mobile customer" do you mean you have a mobile phone or SIM contract with EE, not PAYG?

Sorry should’ve specified, yeah I have a mobile contract with them, not PAYG.

Good afternoon @womad, welcome to the EE Community.
Are you looking to upgrade an existing Watch plan at the moment, or is this the first time you're trying to add a watch?
Also are you able to see other products like phone contracts and tablets etc?
