Hi, I have a account with board band with you but I’m struggling to get into my account that it’s been link with as it says the account has close, can I make a new one but I need to account billing and I don’t know it? Could you help me please

Thanks for coming here. 

Did you have the broadband and a mobile contract added to the same My EE? 

If so, do you no longer have the mobile plan?
