I have £15.50 credit and want it in my bank account as I've had no service for a month now. How do I go about this? I asked customer service and they all keep fobbing me off.

Welcome to the community.

Do you currently have a pay monthly contract or pay as you go SIM with us?

Typically pay as you go credit cannot be refunded, but on a contract it can be if the account is in credit after the bill is created.

@8jaysephine9  Is anyone else on EE who is with you ?   If the answer is yes and it’s a PAYG sim have you by any chance allowed THIS to happen.
