When I log on to my EE via the app or online nothing about my account is visible.
All I can see is my profile. Any Iseas why or how I can access my account?

Yes I’ve had access when I was on payg but now I’ve. Hanged to a contract I cannot see any details except my profile info. No account or billing or contract or usage details.

I'd recommend giving us a call so our customer care team can ensure your new pay monthly My EE is set up correctly.
