I used to have an account from previous contract, which now says "your account is now closed" but I have since started a new SIM and linked the new service as it said, it said all went through. But the new SIM hasn't come across and it still says account closed.

It sounds like your online account is linked to your old account number, and this is why it shows as closed. If you give our team a call, they'll be able to get that updated to your new account number. Once this is updated correctly, you'll then be able to see all the right details.
