Called to change from pay as you go to a pay month deal but now was advised it was complete but now the app and website say my account has been cancelled? Anyone had any experience of this. Is this just a timing thing?

You need to call CS to delete your old PAYG MyEE a/c & then you can set up your new contract MyEE a/c afresh, using the same mobile no. & email addy if desired. You can't mix them under MyEE.
