Account and website not working

I have a bill to view but the only thing I can get working is my profile, I assume the website is down I can login sometimes but nothing really works. Tried on multiple devices, different networks etc.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble viewing your bill I can imagine it must be frustrating.

Do you get any error message when you try to use website?

Do you have the same issue if you use your My EE app?
