Hi, for months now I have not been able to access anything on my online account.

This is all I get when i login.

Thanks for coming to the community. 

Can you access your account is you log into the EE app? 

Do you have a pay as you go or pay monthly account?

I've never been able to login via the EE app, it just keeps saying:

"Sorry, there seems to be a problem....

Sorry, we're having a little difficulty right now."

I have 3 pay as you go & 1  monthly sims connected to my account.

I would suggest giving us a call and the team can reset your account for you to set up again.
