I have ordered a new phone and received a text message teeling me to check a document I have been sent.
I log in - using chrome on a home Computer, NOT the app - and cannot see any documents att all, anywhere.
I checked the forums and a previous solution is to "view full usage" under the "Manage" menu. There is no such title under any of the menus in the Manage section that I can find.
How do I view this elusive document please?

Welcome to the Community.
When you log into the EE app, you should have View Full Usage on the Home tab without having to go into the Manage tab.

If you had read my question you would see that I stated - "I log in - using chrome on a home Computer, NOT the app" so your response in no way answers my question.

When logging in online, please click Manage > Bills & Payments > See your full bill > and scroll down the page you should have View your Flex Pay agreement

Hi Ali
There is not a "see your Full Bill" button when I go in to Manage>Bills & Payments on the computer.
There is a "See your Bill In Detail" button, but this does not take me to a page with anything stating "View Your Flex Agreement" nor does it have any documents I need to read.
This is ridiculous, how do I find out what this document is please?

The document will be a copy of your Flex pay agreement (loan agreement) for the device.
If you're still unable to find the document through your online account, please give our Customer Service a call where the guides will able to send a copy to you.
