Worst experience ever and still not resolved

I’m counting the days until I can break all ties with EE/BT as I’ve had nothing but bother with my account. Lodged a complaint at the start of the year and I thought it was resolved but now find they’ve commenced a whole new 24 month broadband without my consent. Never again!

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
