Can’t pause WiFi, create groups or access safe search

I joined EE last month and I’ve never been able to use these functions. I’ve called tech support, all they did was check my account and advise there’s an update ‘in the next few weeks’ (this was last month).

 

I’ve seen this has been a longstanding issue that some users have been able to get resolved, can anyone tell me what’s actually worked?

@littlelark It's just a wait until someone at EE get's it all sorted, timescale is off no relevance what works for one may not be good for another!

It is worth checking though that the app is at least on the latest version as a just in case factor!

Google is reporting that the app currently is 11/7/2025 and at version 5.66.0 but the app developers do sometimes forget to do that update site to what you have so may be a slight miss match but at least worth a check!
