Got a new router 2 weeks ago and it's absolute pants, much weaker than last one and keeps cutting out. Bot keeps saying that there's a problem that should be resolved in a few hours, but it never is. Any thoughts..?

What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?
When you say it's a new router is it a replacement for a presumed faulty 1 or a change of router model?

@NathanCrowley Why did you get a new router, and which one did you get! If you have a specific problem and EE are aware off it then best to stick with that option!
