Problem with landline

Hi. I don’t know if anyone can help me, I’m having issues with my landline, the fault is intermittent.
I recently switched from Sky to EE, when the change over was made I was switched to digital voice and that’s when the problems started.
I have three handsets in the house, one with an answer machine, two of the handsets are connected to the voice adapters. The issue is every so often there’s no dial try one, another time the phone will ring but when you answer the line goes dead.
So far EE have replaced the digital voice adapters, tried fitting a filter on the line, reset the phone line several times and an engineer visit but to no avail.
Can anyone help.

@DavidB56 As you have EE dealing with it all best let them do it, will find and copy the lights for the DVA to you at least you will have them and something to look at when you get the fault condition! Apart from anything the DVA's require to reach the hub on the DECT Frequency range so if on a distance issue then you can expect to get problems with them!

What your Digital Voice
Adapter light means
1 On initial plug in – flashes 0.5 seconds on,
2 seconds off
2 During registration – flashes quickly
0.5 seconds on, 0.5 seconds off
3 Once registered – stays solid green
4 During a call – flashes slowly 1 second on,
1 second off
5 Once registered, if there’s a connection
problem with your broadband – flashes
0.5 seconds on and 2 seconds off.
Maximum Digital
Voice devices
You can register a maximum of 5 Digital Voice
devices (that includes Digital Voice Handsets
or Digital Voice Adapters) to your new Hub at
one time

@DavidB56 When you switched from sky to EE, was there any problems before hand with the sky hub or was it all working fine. What service are you on the copper fttc or the Full Fibre fttp connection! If you are not sure just say the speed you get down/up!

Now you have the EE hub on, which one do you have, see the link below about the hubs!
